‘Bad River’ Independent animated short

In the quiet hours of the night, a lone figure moves through an ancient forest. While being shadowed by a persistent crow, dawn approaches, an otherworldly encounter unfolds — marked by burning trees, shifting shadows, and dancing phantoms — where ancient darkness fades and new strength emerges beneath a familiar horizon.

Hand-drawn animated teasers, headers and teasers at events, sequences for pilots of indie films, animation on top of life action footage and overall; combining experience in editing with handdrawn independent work.

A student film from 2021. solemly created at the Vancouver Film School, which was selected for the Ottawa International Animation Festival in 2022.

Pick Your Role Models

This project evolved from my graduation project at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague - about the lack of a Dutch female Prime-Minister, an activist movement continued on role models. Which continued into a production of 50+ postcards. This was a non-profit.
